Our Open House Tours are custom-designed to introduce you to properties that meet your specific search criteria, while also providing information about local points of interest that will help you make an informed home purchase or investment decision.
We'll start by creating a detailed property search profile, then track the market and notify you when properties that match your needs are holding an open house. We'll prepare a customized itinerary and research information about the properties that may not be available to the general public. We'll then accompany you on your open house tour, helping to assess the property's features with a real estate professional's perspective.
When you find a property that you're ready to move on, we'll work with you to prepare and submit a competitive offer that positions you to negotiate the best price and terms possible.
TOURS BY APPOINTMENT AND LOCK BOX
Not all properties are made available for open house viewing. Many require appointments or require a REALTOR(R) lock box key for entry. We'll use your property search profile to track the market for properties available for viewing by appointment or by lock box entry and co-ordinate a custom tour of these properties for you.
